Tim Peterman

Tim Peterman

Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer

Tim Peterman rejoined the Company as CEO in May 2019, leaving his role as COO and CFO of Amerimark Interactive, an eCommerce company with over $750 million in annual revenues headquartered in Chicago. Tim originally joined the Company as its CFO in 2015 and was promoted to COO and CFO in 2017, which was the first year in ten years that the Company produced positive net income.

Tim is an Interactive Media executive with over 25 years of diversified operational, M&A and financial management experience for both public and private industry leaders in media, eCommerce and technology. He has held senior executive roles in a variety of companies including Interactive Corp., Scripps Interactive, Tribune Entertainment, Sinclair Broadcasting and The J. Peterman Company.

Tim began his career at KPMG in 1989, is a CPA and holds a BS in accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Jean Sabatier

Executive Vice President, Chief Commerce Officer

Jean-Guillaume Sabatier rejoined the Company as EVP, Chief Commerce Officer in May 2019. His role is focused on operating fundamentals in pricing, merchandising, programming and planning.

Most recently from March 2017 until rejoining the Company, Jean served as a planning and programming consultant in both Germany and Italy to HSE24, an omni-channel retailer. From 2008 to 2017, he served as the Company’s SVP, Sales & Product Planning, and from 2007 to 2008 he served as Director, Sales and Product Planning for QVC, Inc.

Prior to that time, Jean held various positions in QVC’s German business unit, including Director, Programming and Planning from 2003 to 2007. He began his QVC career as a sales and product planner in 1997.

Jean holds a BS and MBA from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

MyLinh Hong

SVP, Human Resources & Administration

MyLinh Hong was appointed as our SVP, Human Resources & Administration in June 2020. Since 2017, MyLinh was our Vice President, Operations and was promoted to SVP, Operations June 2019. Prior to joining our Company, she served in multiple finance, strategy, and operational leadership roles with Target, Chevron, Nestle and General Mills from 1997 to 2017.

MyLinh holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy and a BSB from the University of Minnesota.

Jon Sanders

SVP/GM of Fulfillment and 3rd Party Logistics | ShopHQ

Jon Sanders was appointed as our SVP of Fulfillment and 3rd Party Logistics in October of 2018. Since 1999, Jon has held multiple operational leadership and project management roles in our company and relaunched 3PL services in 2018. Prior to joining our company, he held several operational positions at Target, and School Specialty.

Jon holds an BIS from Western Kentucky University

Cassie Anliker

Senior Vice President, Merchandising

Cassie Anliker was appointed SVP, Merchandising in March 2020. Cassie joined the company in 2012 and has held various roles of increasing responsibilities spanning numerous categories within the Merchandising organization.

Cassie holds a BA from The University of St. Thomas.

Lee Goehring

Senior Vice President, Merchandising

Lee Goehring was appointed SVP, Merchandising in January 2020 after rejoining the Company in September 2019. From 2012 to 2017, he also served the company in various Director & VP of Merchandising roles. His current role is focused on driving merchandising strategy & execution across Hardlines categories including Home, Electronics, and Health & Wellness.

Prior to joining our company, Lee has been in other merchandising leadership roles with retailers including Target and Best Buy.

Lee holds a BA in Marketing & Finance from Concordia University.

Eric Geppert

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Eric Geppert joined the Company as SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in July 2020. He is the chief legal officer of the Company with business emphasis on corporate development and capital markets. Eric is a corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience representing clients in M&A, capital markets and other strategic transactions, corporate governance, and complex contracts. He was a partner at DLA Piper, and before that, Baker Hostetler, where he primarily focused on representing well-known sports, entertainment, and news media clients.

Eric holds a JD from George Washington University National Law Center and BS from Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications.
