(14) Restructuring Costs During the first quarter of fiscal 2022, the Company implemented an additional cost optimization initiative. As a result of the first quarter fiscal 2022 cost optimization initiative, the Company recorded restructuring charges of $157 for the three-month period ended April 30, 2022, which relate primarily to severance associated with the additional consolidation and elimination of positions across the Company’s Entertainment segment. These initiatives were substantially complete as of April 30, 2022. The following table summarizes the significant components and activity under the restructuring program for the three-month period ended April 30, 2022:
